Never tried Pilates before? Curious about the Pilates reformer? This class is for YOU. Discover the simplicity and effectiveness of the Pilates reformer and its ability to cater to everyone. Whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey or a seasoned athlete, this machine will give you the support and challenge you need to reach your goals. We review parts of the reformer, how to set yourself up on the reformer for optimal alignment, and then we flow through an intro workout.

Build strength, flexibility, and a very strong core while building your Pilates foundation. These classes are rooted in the classics, but we add variations to keep things fun and fresh.

Take your practice to the next level! Continue to build strength, flexibility, and core strength, while challenging coordination and control. These classes flow seamlessly from one exercise to the next building endurance along the way.
BURN+

Craving that deep signature muscle burn? Want to work HARD and find your edge? These classes incorporate more resistance, more pulses, more reps, and sequencing that will challenge your body from head to toe.

A 60 minute session where you can do your own thing on the Reformer. Practice moves from our classes, focus on specific series, or maybe just hang out in feet in straps for the entire session. Get to the know the Reformer even more. Our CES is available to assist you during this time.
