Welcome to Aurora Pilates: A hybrid Pilates studio that fuses expert instruction with high-tech delivery and hands-on support for an unparalleled experience—and results. Come as you are, sweat (or swear, no judgement), transform and connect. Our studio was made for your comfort.

OUR STUDIO

A fully-equipped boutique Pilates studio

Step inside our studio: Fully equipped with four HD TVs, seven state-of-the-art reformers, and props to intensify or modify your workout, from basic hand weights to the Magic Circle (it really is magic). Plus, free water, tea and welcome socks—because no one should have to pay for water.

LEVELS 1, 2 & 3

Take your reformer classes to the next level—literally. Layer in exercises, tension and props.

REFORMER INTRO

Never tried reformer Pilates? This class introduces you to the reformer and its basics.

RESTORE+

Pilates, but make it mindful: An infusion of mobility work and breathwork for a restorative class.

BURN+

Shake, sweat and swear through our BURN+ classes. More pulses, more burn—more results.

RISE & BURN

A more intense take on our Rise & Shine class, Rise & Burn has all the pulsing of BURN+.

RISE & SHINE

For the early risers: Book our 5:45 or 7:00 a.m. classes to break a sweat before the day breaks.
