03

What should I wear?

Any workout wear is perfect. For alignment corrections, fitted clothing is best. If you prefer to wear socks, grip socks are required. Otherwise, bare feet are fine. We sell grip socks at the studio.

04

How many times a week should I come?

That depends on you. We have seen clients get results in as little as one workout a week. If you like a daily practice, every day works too. Whatever fits your time, energy and budget is great.
